SR 1240 (Ag. Canada Accepted, USDA Compliant) The SR 1240 flexible door panels are constructed with heavy duty, abrasion resistant, textured vinyl material. Door panels are made flexible which allows the doors to absorb impact, open easily and close automatically. They are built to take abuse and look good doing it! DOOR BODY: Two layers of .120" thick textured PVC bonded back to back with jamb-edge balloon seals and wiper seals at the top and bottom of each door panel. Large flexible vision panels provide maximum visibility. Hinge pocket is reinforced with vinyl coated nylon material. Bi-parting models have a 3" overlap at the center. HINGES: Eliason heavy-duty, top mounted, gravity-operated hinges are adjustable and allow the door panels to open easily and close automatically. Top mounted only design leaves maximum WIC available for passage of wide loads. APPLICATIONS: The SR 1240 Flexible Door is designed for retail, commercial, institutional and industrial applications where thermal or visual separation is required. Good for all pedestrian, carts or motorized traffic in a dry storage or wash down environments. Installation & Maintenance: Easy-to-follow instructions along with thread forming fasteners are included in every package. These require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended.
