HCP-10 Eliason HCP-10 insulated double-acting traffic doors are ideally suited for light industrial applications, as well as for sales to backroom openings. HCP-10 panels are constructed with a structural PVC frame, clad with impact-resistant thermoplastic exterior and filled with non-CFC urethane foam. Best of all, HCP-10 doors operate on the Eliason Easy Swing Hinge System – proven to be the best for over four decades. Door Body: 1-1/2” thick urethane foam core with a high strength structural PVC frame Finish: .100” thick high impact thermoplastic exterior Window: 14” x 16” clear acrylic, double glazed set in black rubber molding. Easy-to-follow instructions along with thread forming fasteners are included in every package. These require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended. Warranty: The HCP-10 has a two year warranty against defects, material and workmanship.
