Reinforced Steel Frame for added support FX 9000 Extra Heavy Duty Impact Traffic Door (The FX9000 is NSF and CFIA accepted) FX 9000 Extra Heavy Duty Impact Traffic Doors are manufactured to the same demanding Eliason design and quality standards that have been the envy of the door industry for nearly sixty years. These rugged doors operate smoothly, require very little maintenance and are built to survive in the toughest applications. The FX9000 is NSF and CFIA accepted. Door Body: An extra heavy duty reinforced internal steel frame combined with a full perimeter extruded PVC frame ensure panel strength and integrity. Both sides of each door panel are clad with .100” thick impact resistant ABS plastic. The non-CFC urethane foam core bonds to the outer door shell and creates an “R” factor of 12.18. These doors are impervious to moisture, acid, petroleum products, animal fat, rodents, insects and salt solutions. Replaceable blade gaskets on the vertical and bottom edges and a frame mounted top-seal are standard. Overall panel thickness is 1-7/8”. Hinges (FX 9000): Heavy duty stainless steel V-Cam, ductile iron upper and lower hinge posts and heavy duty roller assembly. Steel lower hinge guards are standard. Applications: Industrial, Institutional, Cold Storage, Food Processing, Warehouse, Supermarket. Traffic: Pedestrian, Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Man-Ridden Vehicles. WINDOWS: Standard single pane vision panels are 1/4“ thick polycarbonate mounted in a recessed PVC frame, all sealed to the door panel. Optional double pane vision panels are 1/8” thick polycarbonate mounted in a self locking black rubber gasket. All vision panels are centered at 60” from the floor and sized based on door panel width. Refer to the vision panel chart for sizing. Options: Color Chart Easy Spring Bumpers: Up to 42” high Spring Bumpers and Impact Plates Chart Installation & Maintenance: The 9000 Series are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in existing or factory supplied frames. Easy-to-follow instructions along with thread forming fasteners are included in every package. These require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended. Warranty: The FX 9000 has a two year warranty against defects, material and workmanship.
